Morning Schedule

Monday through Friday (6:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)

Our morning program provides a rich classroom environment and at the same time allows children all the comforts of home. Your child will learn how to cultivate relationships with friends and develop self-confidence as he or she strengthens cognitive skills.

6:00 a.m. - Daycare Opens

Morning students and parents greeted.

Free play: With choice of blocks, housekeeping corner, puzzles, books, games, etc

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast Served

Nutritious hot or cold meals served

9:00 a.m. - Group Time/Free Play/Project Time

  • Role playing, identification and ego development, imitation and experimentation, eye-hand coordination, problem-solving, development of social skills. Use of paints, clay, colors, paste, etc
  • Music and movement, singing, rhythm, counting, vocabulary, building, listening
  • Color identification, shapes, science experiments, counting, letter recognition, names, telephone numbers

11:45 p.m. - Lunch Time

Nutritious hot or cold meals served

12:30 p.m. - Reading/Story Time

Short stories with color pictures and explanations

1:00 p.m. - Nap Time

Children rest on individual cots

3:00 p.m. - Nap Ends/Free Play/Outdoor Play

3:30 p.m. - Afternoon Snack

  • Cheese sticks or slices
  • Crackers - (oyster crackers or fish crackers)
  • Graham Crackers
  • Fresh Fruit (bananas, apples or grapes)
  • Canned Fruit (i.e. mandarin oranges, peaches, pears, mixed fruit or applesauce)
  • Dried Fruit (raisins or apricots)
  • Trail Mix (considering the peanut allergy, we only serve this to older children after parental consent)
  • Granola Bars (recommended for older children and those without allergy)
  • Rice Cakes
  • Mini Bagels
  • Beef Sticks
  • Yogurt
  • Mini Muffins
  • Prepackaged Sliced Apples
  • Pretzels - (a better choice than chips)
  • Popcorn - (because of possible choking hazard, we only serve older children with parental consent)
  • Chex Mix?
  • Dry Cereal (Honey Nut Cheerios or Mini Wheats)
  • Raw Veggies (carrots or celery)
  • Pickles

4:00 p.m. - Free Play/Outdoor Play

5:30 p.m. - Day Session Ends

Children prepped for departure and pick-up by parents

**All of our program schedules are flexible, and may alter from time to time depending upon weather, interests, etc. However, it is our belief that children respond best to familiar routines. We recognize that every minute of the day is a learning process, no matter what the child is involved in doing. It is our goal to have warm child-teacher relationships with daily activities geared to promoting the total growth of the child.

 Overnight Schedule

Like our evening schedule, our overnight schedule is ideal for parents seeking reliable, responsible care for their children during sleeping ours and is ideal for parents in the medical field, law enforcement, security, and resturant industry.

 Weekend Program Schedule

Saturday and Sunday (6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.)

Like our evening program, our weekend program caters to parents who regularly work weekend ours and have difficulty find quality child care on a consistent basis. Your child will find our weekend especially enjoyable because it is filled with a greater number of playtime activities.
